COCKTAILS

devolet chardonnay, santa barbara, ca ‘18 | 91 points on Wine Enthusiast. Rounded aromas of roasted pear, white flowers and a hint of buttercream show on the nose of this bottling by Ryan Deovlet. The palate is both tautly wound and slightly buttery, with flavors of preserved lemon cream on hot toast.

stephen ross pinot noir, slo ‘18 | The wine is a brilliant, vivid ruby red color. On the nose, ripe raspberry and cranberry overlay low key dark cherry, dark chocolate and interesting stoney forest floor notes and rose petal. Soft on the palate, medium bodied, a bit of salinity, gentle acidity, velvety texture with a lingering finish.

tolosa rosé, edna valley (slo) 2019 | Pale pink in color with apricot, raspberry stem, rose water, honeydew melon, tulip and a hint of white pepper on the nose. On the palate, juicy and plump with notes of yellow raspberry, minerality on the midpalate, watermelon jolly rancher on the finish with an acidity that leaves you wanting more.
